The focus is on using LDP within a recruitment and selection to help ODi Member’s internal/external clients identify high performing candidates for their job roles. The course looks at using standard LDP reports as well as how to develop a benchmarked Job Profile for comparison against candidate’ profiles.
The event also includes time for participants to network and build their professional circle of influence.
