"I know I put a lot of 10's for the trainer. Shane really was remarkable."
Envista Pty Ltd
"Would like to commend Jo for his professionalism and for the quality of his teaching and experience, I felt there were one or two more opportunities for him to use a facilitation approach over a teaching approach but overall a good mixture of the two styles with lots of real life tangible examples and demonstrations. Would have been great for me to have one more go at practicing facilitation myself so that I could have a chance to immediately put in place the corrective feedback I was given, because learning by doing is my preferred style. Overall loved the balance of theory and relevance to my own work. I can already see how I will put in place what I have learnt and feel equipped with a huge toolkit of advanced techniques. Would and will certainly recommend this to colleagues and peers. Please feel free to use any of my comments as testimonials."
- Course Participant
"A very enjoyable course, Eric (Trainer) was knowledgeable, engaging and clearly had a passion for the subject material. Would recommend to others."
- Infrastructure Finance and Advisory, ACT Government
"It was a very personalised training and I very much appreciated James' experiences in his previous work life which gave real life examples to the training. The training expanded on my previous facilitation experiences but also gave me new skills and insights into reading people which is what I really wanted. I will recommend PD Training to my colleagues when others are seeking similar training especially if James is facilitating!"
- Department of State Development
"I thought Josh was excellent at demonstrating engaging and dynamic facilitation...overall, it was very engaging and the Inspire-Educate-Experience-Debrief model was great."
- The National Disability Insurance Agency
"The training was fantastic - Karen was inspiring. She was patient and took the time to ensure everyone understood the concepts explained. thank you."
"Loved the course, would definitely recommend it."
"Joseph was a brilliant trainer and made a big effort to structure the training around our requirements. First time that I've experienced true tailoring of a program to my needs."
- Individual Course Participant
The training was well facilitated. The trainer was successful in gaining a lot of responses from the participants to create the relevant information. A lot of pair, group work and interaction was there.
- Department of Education
"Highly targeted (and therefore valuable) training given that there were only two delegates - Josh managed superbly to balance our individual requirements."
- Parks Victoria
"It was an absolute pleasure meeting and being inspired by Josh. I have already recommended this course to other staff and told them to request Josh as the trainer. Thanks."
- Parliament of Victoria - Information Technology Unit
"Overall, the course was fantastic. Derrick was a fantastic facilitator/trainer and the small class size (4 including the trainer) allowed for much in-depth discussion of issues and sharing of experiences. A couple more opportunities to practice what we had learnt would have been good, but the opportunity to have the in-depth discussions was so very valuable. Derrick was great at getting us to reflect on our own practices in teaching the course components and to prompt us to discuss our reflections. Thanks!"
- Individual Course Participant
"Louise had a very warm and welcoming style that connected us all and created an open and engaging learning environment. The course was very enjoyable and provided opportunities to learn from other participants in addition to Louise.
- City of Melville

When you want a tailored learning experience targeting exactly what you want without bringing everyone physically together, the best choice is a Live Online Class run by PDT.
We tailor the content and activities to be specific to your current needs and the needs of the people and run the course in our usual activity-based workshop style training, however, the participants can all be offsite, or some can be in the room with others offsite.
Unless you have a preferred tools we use 'Zoom for Education' that includes enhanced collaboration features such as One-click content sharing, real-time co-annotation (people can work together in activity files), and digital whiteboarding, we also include things like live polls and group chats so you virtually have the same collaborative learning experience of attending a course in a room with other people.
We have delivered these 100's (if not 1000's) of times, and get great outcomes. We achieve great outcomes because we keep our learner centric approach - just because it’s delivered through a screen to some or all participants doesn’t mean it needs to be less tailored or less personalised.
You still have an expert trainer who talks to you prior to the session and tailors the delivery to use your terminology, ensure activities are relevant and directly applicable and ensures an engaging learning experience that provide people with skills and techniques they can apply the very next day.
A hybrid class is with some people connecting online, and some people physically together in the same room.
We provide the Training Management Centre which is an information hub before, during and after training.
