In this session, teams will tackle the current state of their team, both from an internal and an external perspective. As a group, the team will build their aspirational identity, and identify the barriers to change, and factors that will support moving from the current state to a future state. They’ll then place themselves in a shared model to explain their role in the team and in its future state.
Using LEGO® Serious Play®, participants will engage in hands-on model building, storytelling, and reflection to explore strengths, values, and collaboration within the team. Through this process, teams will integrate individual strengths into a shared identity, co-create a vision for the future, and develop a story that captures the team’s strengths, values, and goals. By the end of the workshop, teams will leave with a clearer understanding of how to work together effectively and a shared roadmap for success.
