This comprehensive 10-day programme combines practical workshops with theory covering the full Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Body of Knowledge.
There are no formal prerequisites to attend this course. While previous Lean Six Sigma experience is beneficial, participants with suitable business experience and strong analytical skills will also find the programme appropriate.
We recommend attending the programme in two 5-day blocks (80 hours) with approximately six weeks between each block. During this time, participants will apply the concepts learned by collecting data, analysing processes and completing workplace-based activities to support the Analyse phase of the programme.

Upon completion of this programme, participants will have developed the knowledge and practical skills to lead Lean Six Sigma improvement initiatives and will be well prepared to undertake the IASSC Black Belt examination, should they wish to pursue independent certification.
