Lean Six Sigma is used at various levels of an organisation. To effectively implement and manage Lean Six Sigma, some employees require basic knowledge of the methodologies while others require deep understanding and enhanced skills in it. As the level of knowledge and skills required differs for different job profiles, PD Training has specialised training courses in Lean Six Sigma to suit every need.

Along with the Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt training courses, PD Training's other training courses on Lean Six Sigma are designed for providing specialised training according to different job requirements.

The introductory course in Lean Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma Introduction Training Course, provides basic knowledge of the Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, process mapping, process management, process improvement, and the use of Lean Six Sigma terminology. This course is designed for beginners, and for those who only require basic knowledge of the methodologies to perform their jobs expertly.

When implementing and running a Lean Six Sigma project, team members must understand the methods and objectives of Lean Six Sigma. PD Training has two courses for team members, to provide different levels of expertise required.
Lean Six Sigma Team Members Awareness Training Course provides a basic understanding of the objectives and terminology of Lean Six Sigma. It helps develop skills for conducting daily operations of business processes.
Lean Six Sigma Team Members Training Course provides knowledge of the Lean Principles and the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology, and develops basic capabilities in using them. This course enables employees to contribute to process improvement.

Those employees that only need to manage Lean Six Sigma projects develop specialised skills in the Lean Six Sigma Process Management Training Course. This course includes training in the use of process management, basic statistics and basic Lean Six Sigma methodologies so that the learner can assist in improving the performance of processes within an organisation.

This training course demonstrates how to identify and select key business processes, and how to fully characterise, improve and manage them.

To successfully implement and manage Lean Six Sigma projects, knowledge of the tools of Lean Six Sigma, such as 5S, 5W-2H, PDSA, DMAIC, Kaizen, Genchi Genbutsu, is important.
Lean Process Improvement Training Course teaches lean principles of process improvement for organisations, and will provide focused knowledge and skill development.
