Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Training – Signature Series Courses by PD Training

Part of PD Training’s Signature Series, the Emotional Intelligence (EQ) training course has been completely rebuilt from the ground up to provide each and every participant the chance to developEmotional Intelligence Training Course Signature Series PD Training and improve their relationships both at work and in their personal lives.

PD Training is a personal development industry leader that felt the quality of training material has dwindled over the past few years. So we took it upon ourselves to completely rebuild and re-invent how professional development courses function.

With a strong focus on the Leading Dimensions Profile (LDP), and intense collaboration with industry leading trainers, the new Emotional Intelligence Training program will ensure that each participant will receive tailored, personalised and effective training from the minute they walk in to the minute they walk out.

A benefit to being unique is exactly that; it’s unique. PD training experienced such a huge explosion in demand for emotional intelligence training that it was impossible to meet the needs of our clients using the existing training material. From the extensive feedback we received from our previous clients it became clear that if we wanted to provide the best training we could, we had write it ourselves.

Key Skills Taught:

  • The Power of Emotions
  • The Johari Window
  • Understanding Emotions and Culture
  • Managing difficult conversations
  • EQ in Leadership Roles

As the program has been written from scratch by our own team, specifically for improving our participant’s emotional intelligence, there will be no chance they will have been exposed to the material before, because we know that no one wants to learn what they already know.

PD training has made it our mission to help each person fully understand how emotionally intelligent they currently are, how they can improve, and the positive results of such an improvement.
