The focus is on using LDP within a coaching and learning & development to help ODi Member’s internal/external client know themselves, understand others and, design and implement a personal development plan.

The event also includes time for participants to network and build their professional circle of influence.

Delivered as a publicly scheduled course with networking opportunities for members before and after the training.
