Identifying the types of information to gather and key questions to ask when problem solving, as well as using idea generating tools such as affinity diagrams and the six thinking hats, has helped him to perform better as an Operations Manager.<\/p>\n

With the course set-out to allow for time to go through the theory, engage in role plays and put into practice the techniques learned, he felt he came away from the day with a new set of skills that could be utilised immediately.<\/p>\n

Jessica, the talented and innovative trainer<\/a> who delivered the Creative Problem Solving course Geoff attended, took advantage of the small group situation by asking individuals questions and tailoring the activities and role plays to each participants’ relevant work environments.<\/p>\n
