The session turned into a one on one with the second person for the course not turning up. My trainer was fantastic. We had the fortunate situation of speaking about particular instances and I got a lot of answers about difference scenarios that are encountered in my duties. The venue also was fantastic. Easy to get to and a very very nice facility.

I found it very refreshing not to do another personality type course on leadership, but more about applying the leadership style to the staff member's developmental stage. Great delivery, lots of hands on and lots of involving staff. I got my staff to do stuff they dont like doing which was really good!

Kelly (trainer) was a very accomplished trainer and presenter. She catered for the mixed backgrounds of our groups and was able to up skill all of us. She took time to investigate our needs before the day and then customised the course accordingly. She made the time invested worthwhile.

I have never been in a training session as good as this one with Kelly (and it was all due to Kelly - was a gem you have there!), and I have been working in IT for some time and gone through many courses. Good find in her.

Thank you for your presentation to Council on Effective Time Management strategies. We found it very useful to associate clear goals with learning and management. Very clear presentation, adapted structure of course to our requirements and backed-up with scenarios that can be applied to real situations. The most useful aspect - being able to address scenarios that relate to my situation specifically, great models that can be applied, better understanding of types of people.

The trainer gave lots of tips on how to handle stress and emotions. She was also very knowledgeable about her subject and used the real situations of participants to show how theories could be applied to any situation, being it corporate or on a lower level dealing with person to person situations. The course was most beneficial.

Recently we had the pleasure of having Kim come in and train us in Train the Trainer. We opted for a dedicated training session and it was worth its weight in gold. Kim was able to tailor the training to suit our specific needs. Much of what she said was common sense but rather than ‘thinking’ it, she reinforced that it really was that easy and gave us some fantastic tips to be able to train competently, confidently and most importantly effectively. All the guess work was taken out and replaced with useful tips, facts and a lot of fun!
