The PD Training/Leading Dimensions Research Grant program celebrates the launch of the World Leading Leadership Coaching Resources from Leading Dimensions Consulting, available exclusively throughout Asia Pacific from PD Training. The Research Grant includes profiling up to 250 staff in your organisation (absolute minimum of 50 people) and will provide a detailed psychometric report on each person.

Dr. Waldo of Leading Dimensions Consulting will then produce a detailed validated WorkStyle, ScoreCard and report defining the attributes of individuals who will perform most consistently and reliably in the role within your organisation.

The information can be used in many ways depending on the role you have profiled. For example, you may use it for empowered Succession Planning of your Leadership Team, or to hire a more effective and stable Sales Team.

You may choose to; define the characteristics of your best performing, longest lasting Customer Service Team Member, develop clarity around cultural dysfunction, or develop a training program targeted at common needs, behaviours.

The information and insight gained by your organisation is invaluable, and can provide significant cost savings, productivity increases and competitive advantage in your market.

The Research Grant Includes:
  • Statistically-valid Psychometric profiling of incumbent staff - up to 250 profiles completed (Value: $495 each, up to $123,750)
  • Up to 50 hours of Dr Douglas Waldo (author of the LDP) interpretation, research and analysis - ($50,000 USD)
  • A comprehensive personality profile - and corresponding ScoreCard - which is a scientifically-valid performance/suitability predictor for use in future recruitment and selection of the chosen role(s) ($4500)
  • Strategy and Implementation session with PD Training consultants ($2000)
Grant Criteria:

To be considered for this Grant, you must:

  • Have more than 500 Australian staff
  • Be using, or have used, some form of testing as part of the recruitment process
  • Be willing to have the results of the study published by PD Training and Leading Dimensions Consulting
  • Have an active Environmental Policy
  • Have conducted an Employee Engagement Survey within the last five years
  • Provide a compelling case why your organisation is the appropriate candidate for the 2018 Research Grant in Australia
